Life in hyperlapse! Is this a thing? I think it is! 🫠🥴 One minute it's Monday... ...the next you're wondering where the week went. You have a never ending to-do list. You've still not had that coffee with the friend you promised you'd see... and a month's gone by already [so guilty] You can't even remember what you did yesterday, let alone last week. You're constantly doing. Ticking. Planning. Rushing. And life starts becoming about quantity instead of quality. I think that's one of the reasons Wellbeing Wednesday has become so dam special. For a couple of hours each week, we deliberately press pause. We move our bodies. We breathe. We meditate while goats graze beside us. We laugh when a cheeky chicken decides to join the class. We drink coffee @tribe in the sunshine. We wander through the woods. And we remember what it feels like to be present in our lives and our bodies. Those few hours don't take time away from your week... They give the rest of your week back and add some quality time for ourselves. Please don't wait until your body and mind forces you to slow down. Choose to take your time now. Your future self will thank you for it. 💚 If you're craving more calm, more connection and a little breathing space in the middle of your week, we'd love to welcome you on Wednesday. Big Love x

🍿 Grab the popcorn... this one's a feature-length reel! 😂 Also, this video proves two things... 1️⃣ I really love my sister. Clare Robertson❤️ 2️⃣ I really, really don't love gardening. 🌱🤣 But while we were wrestling with fence panels, shifting buckets, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying, it really demonstrated why I exercise the way I do. In Vitality Rooms, we don't train just for the sake of exercising. We train for real life. Every squat makes lifting easier. Every push-up builds practical strength. Every farmer carry prepares you for carrying... well... everything! And every Pilates class helps keep your body moving well. **Just know, you are building your future body right now. **The choices you make today (and doing nothing is a choice too), whether you move, build strength, improve your balance and look after your mobility, etc., will shape the body you're living in 10, 20 and even 30 years from now. That's not meant to feel overwhelming. I think it's incredibly empowering. It means you're not simply hoping for a healthier future... you're creating one. Every class is designed around the best evidence we have for building a strong, capable midlife body. We don't just hammer the cardio or lift weights. We combine it all along with the flexibility and brilliance of Pilates. My goal is to help you build a body that can carry you through life with strength, confidence and independence. A body that's ready for adventures, for children & grandchildren, for gardening (if you enjoy that sort of thing 😆), for travel, for carrying the shopping, for sitting on the picnic blanket with ease, and for saying "yes" to the life you want to live. Your future self is being built by the choices you make today. So why not build a body she'll thank you for? If this sounds like your kind of fitness, we'd love to welcome you into Vitality Rooms. 💚

"It was really uncomfortable to go against medical advice." Episode 128: What If Recovery Isn't Getting Back to Before? Maria Henthorne's Breast Cancer Journey (Featuring The Naughty Tit) "I decided that my wellbeing had to become a priority." It's not something many of us are used to saying. In this week's Far 2 Fabulous podcast, Maria shares her breast cancer journey with incredible honesty. From the moment she received her diagnosis, she made a conscious decision to protect not just her body, but her mind too. She stepped away from work. She leant on the people who loved her. She kept moving her body where she could. She spent time outdoors. She gave herself permission to rest. Rather than waiting until treatment was over to think about her wellbeing, Maria made it part of her treatment. Later in her journey, she faced another incredibly difficult decision about balancing ongoing treatment with her quality of life. It wasn't a choice she took lightly, and it certainly isn't one-size-fits-all. But through her own research Maria gave herself the best chance of living well! Today, she talks about feeling much closer to her *new normal*. Not because cancer disappeared from her story, but because she's found a way to rebuild a life that feels joyful, meaningful and hers again. This conversation is a beautiful reminder that wellbeing isn't a luxury you save for when life gets easier. Sometimes it's the very thing that helps you through. 🎧 Listen to the full episode wherever you get your podcasts, or click the link in my bio. 💛 We'd love to know: what small act of wellbeing helps you feel more like yourself when life gets hard?

I feel like I should do one of those Instagram vs Reality reels... But the problem is... this is the reality. 😆 The curious sheep. The cheeky chicken who wandered over to see what on earth we were all doing. Butterflies dancing around us. Birdsong in the trees. A bird of prey circling overhead. Meditating while sheep quietly grazed nearby. Coffee in the sunshine. A woodland walk with my rather fabulous new berry matcha from Tribe. And a group of lovely women who all arrived carrying the same thing... A busy mind. A never-ending to-do list. And, if we're being completely honest, that little voice wondering whether she should really be spending the time and money on herself 💔 Then something changes. Shoulders drop. Breathing slows. The mental checklist fades into the background. For an hour or two, she's not thinking about what's for dinner, the washing, work emails or everyone else's needs. She's simply... present. Science tells us that spending time in nature and around animals helps us feel calmer and less stressed. I just think it feels like coming home. If you've watched these reels and thought, "That looks dreamy..." You're right. And you're worth every single dreamy minute of it. I'd love to see you next Wednesday. 💚

**If you never wanted s@x again... would that actually be okay?** It's a question a friend asked us recently. She loves her husband. She's happy in her relationship. Nothing is "wrong." She just... doesn't want £ex anymore. And that one question opened the floodgates. Because if you're in your 40s, 50s or beyond, there's a good chance you've wondered something similar. Is this normal? Is it my hormones? Am I broken? Will it ever come back? Or... is it actually okay if I simply don't want it? In this week's **Far 2 Fabulous** podcast, Julie and I have one of our most honest conversations yet about $ex, intimacy and menopause. We talk about the things that aren't discussed nearly enough: ✨ Loss of libido ✨ Vagin@l dryness and discomfort ✨ The mental load that leaves nothing left to give ✨ How it affects relationships ✨ Why guilt and shame don't belong in the conversation ✨ And what support is available if you *do* want things to change. Whatever your experience, we hope this episode reminds you that you're not the only one asking these questions. 🎧 Listen wherever you get your podcasts, click the **link in my bio**, or listen here: www.catherinechapman.co.uk/far2fabulous 💛 We'd love to continue the conversation with you. Episode 127: "I Could Never Do That"... Or Could You? With Ursula Goode This conversation isn't really about gymnastics. It's about the stories we tell ourselves. The opportunities we talk ourselves out of. And what might happen if, just once, we replaced "I could never…" with "I wonder if I could?" How many times have you said those words? Maybe about joining a new fitness class, running a 5K, lifting weights, going to Pilates, trying paddleboarding, taking up a new hobby, or simply doing something that feels a little outside your comfort zone. This week on the Far 2 Fabulous podcast, we chat with the incredible @ursula.g.adultgymnast who saw a poster for adult gymnastics classes at 35, with three young children, and had exactly the same thought... "I could never do that." But she did. What followed wasn't just learning gymnastics. It was rediscovering confidence, courage, play and proving to herself that she was capable of so much more than she'd imagined. 🎧 https://www.catherinechapman.co.uk/far2fabulous/ Link in bio COME AND JOIN THE FAR 2 FABULOUS COMMUNITY HERE: https://www.facebook.com/groups/245830221821495 💛 We'd love to know… what's one thing you've always thought, "I could never do that," but secretly wish you would?

Last week really was Hotter Than Hell... so Dua Lipa seemed the only appropriate soundtrack! 😄☀️ Most of us took shelter beneath the beautiful old oak trees, while a few embraced the sunshine. We moved, stretched and laughed surrounded by buttercups, with the usual goats and sheep soundtrack. We also had butterflies dancing around us and tiny frogs hopping through the grass. You just couldn't make it up! 🐐🦋🐸 This is so much more than a Pilates class. It's a chance to step away from the endless to-do list, move your body in a way that suits YOU (yes, it's completely mixed ability), breathe a little deeper and leave feeling lighter than when you arrived. And the morning doesn't have to end when the Pilates does. Stay for coffee and a chat @tribe or join the woodland walk from 10–11am before heading back for coffee afterwards. Somehow a simple Wednesday morning has become my favourite part of the week, especially after a jam-packed weekend full of fun. I'd love to share it with you. If you've been watching these reels and thinking, "That looks lovely..." this is your sign. The booking link is in my bio 💚 Come along this morning, if you can make it! @brookfarmcamping every Wednesday at 8.30am This is what it's all about. Making our bodies and minds fit enough to enjoy all the wonderful things life has to offer... and then actually getting out there and living it.

When did stiff hips become "normal"? 🤔 Somewhere between looking after everyone else, working, life admin and never quite getting enough time for ourselves, we start accepting things that we really don't have to. Feeling stiff when you get out of the car. Avoiding sitting on the floor because getting back up is embarrassing. Making those little "oof" noises every time you stand up. (You know the ones! 😂) Last weekend I realised I'd become one of those people after trying to get up from a picnic blanket. So instead of ignoring it, I created this week's Mat Pilates classes around hip mobility. What's really cool is, if you're a Vitality Rooms member and life got in the way of joining us live, the full Hip Workshop is waiting for you in the on-demand library. Press play whenever you have 20–30 minutes. Before work, after work, or while dinner's in the oven. Because your body deserves better than, "I'll just put up with it." or accepting that this is how you are supposed to feel at this age.   USE IT OR LOSE IT! So, if you'd love expert guidance that fits around your busy life, rather than expecting your life to fit around exercise, drop HIPS in the comments and I'll send you all the details about Vitality Rooms.

This weekend really struck me... What a beautiful life I get to create. ❤️ I don't live for the weekend. I genuinely love what I do throughout the week too. However sometimes all of the adventures, the people and the moments seem to gather together over two days... and this was one of those weekends. And I was here for every second of it. A sunset. Parkrun with my sister. Meeting Dame Kelly Holmes. Paddleboarding. Floating in the sea. Coffee and chats. Singing with Soul Choir. Dancing at a 60th birthday. Watching Kent win. Chips on the beach with Kitty and Mark. Each of these moments were extraordinary on their own. And together they created a weekend overflowing with joy. I need you to hear this... Joy isn't something we have to earn. We don't have a lifetime allowance on laughter, fun, friendship or love. We don't have to save it for "one day". We are worthy of soaking up every beautiful moment that comes our way. AND these moments don't have to be as dramatic and showy as this weekend. They can be simple and fleeting and be just as impactful. The more I notice these moments, the more they seem to appear. The only reason I can say "yes" to so much of life is because I choose to look after myself. I move my body. I build my strength. I protect my health. Not because I'm chasing the perfect body... but because I'm creating a body and a mind that can keep saying yes to life. That's what wellbeing means to me. Not six-packs. Vitality. Vitality to (pump up the 🥵) paddleboard. Vitality to sing, to dance and to laugh until my cheeks ache. Vitality to spend time with the people I love and that love me. Vitality to say "yes" to life's adventures. ➡️Because that's what I'm really training for⬅️ Here's to filling our lives with as much fabulousness as they can possibly hold. ❤️

Swipe through for a few thoughts from my first visit to the new David Lloyd in Herne Bay... Firstly, a huge thank you to my wonderful friend @debraazebra for inviting me as your guest. 💚 I'm incredibly lucky to have such a beautiful friend and fellow small business owner who inspires me every time we get together. I came away with lots of thoughts (which I've shared in the slides!), but one thing stood out above everything else... Making it easy, enjoyable and welcoming for people to prioritise their wellbeing is priceless 🤑 Whether that's in a luxury health club, inside Vitality Rooms, or under the oak trees at Wellbeing Wednesday, the goal is exactly the same: helping people look after themselves without guilt, intimidation or waiting until they feel they've "earned it." I always had a private gym membership when I was younger (with more time money and less children! 🤪) and couldn't see how I could live without it. Fast forward 15yrs and I adore the freedom training without these restrictions gives me. That said....I could definitely used this!!! 😍😍 You don't need to be team health club or team YouTube workouts. You can create a pick 'n' mix that works for you. Let me know what you're wellbeing pick 'n' mix looks like.

I don't talk about my networking that often for fear of diluting the wellbeing message or creating confusion (I know... "what the hell is she doing now!?"🤯) However, I see part of my role as a wellbeing coach, is to bring like minded (often but not always) Women together or be an active part of an established group. Think Vitality Rooms, Wellbeing Wednesday, Bubbletits, parkrun, SOS Whitstable, and @businesswomenunltd. The power in coming together, celebrating each other, collaborating, supporting each other is unrivalled. I am so grateful to be a part of Businesswomen UnLtd for over a decade. We are all there because of the great woman at the helm. So generous with her time, her knowledge and her expertise. Leading from the front, showing us what's possible. We love you @debbiejanegilbert. I hope I lead tribes as well as you for a long as you. It's exciting to be the link between the Whitstable Businesswomen Unltd group and the larger community. Yesterday's message was that you never know where the next connection or conversation could lead you ✨️ And to my fellow group leader - I couldn't ask for a more inspirational group of business women to work along side. And finally, a Huge congrats to the Businesswomen that won awards 👏

Has social media ever made you feel 'not fit enough' to start exercising??? Then you need to read/listen to this!! @julieclarknutrition helped me get something off my chest on this week's podcast 🤪 Somewhere along the way, fitness became more about looking good while exercising than actually exercising. Perfect bodies. Perfect outfits. Perfect homes. Perfect reformers. Perfect videos. And we think it's putting real women off moving their bodies. Because the truth is, most of us are exercising around work, family, dodgy knees, hot flushes, brain fog, barking dogs and a washing basket that never seems to empty. Pilates isn't supposed to look perfect. It's supposed to help you feel stronger, move better and enjoy your life more. So this week Julie and I are having a little rant about Instagram Pilates, fitness culture and why showing up matters far more than looking the part. Have a listen and let us know if you agree. 👇 🎙Episode 125: Pilates Isn't Supposed To Look Like That Why Instagram fitness might be stopping women from starting. https://www.catherinechapman.co.uk/far2fabulous/ Link in bio COME AND JOIN THE FAR 2 FABULOUS COMMUNITY HERE: https://www.facebook.com/groups/245830221821495

Kelly-Ann Cain messaged the Team Sahara group chat this when we got back home from our Meningitis Now trek. Do you know this feeling?? I know exactly what she means. Coming home from camping this weekend; the house feel claustrophobic and hot after being surrounded by space, fresh air (apart from the campfire! 😜) and nature. It really highlights quite how detached from nature we are in our modern lives. Lack of time and many creature comforts sometimes makes that transition between the two quite jarring. Keeping that connecting alive and strong between us and nature is vital for our overall wellbeing. You know where I'm going with this right!? 😆 Wellbeing Wednesday is a great way to get a good dose of nature whilst strengthening and stretching your body and connecting with fabulous humans. Check out the info and booking link in my bio (or in the comments) How do you get your daily dose of nature?

Wellbeing Wednesday at the farm is a little bit of Pilates, a little bit of nature, and a whole lot of laughter! 🌞 Trust me, I know how it is... you arrive feeling a bit tense & bogged down by the week. Be reassured the second we get moving (with Downward Luna Dog and goats nearby!), you start to feel lighter. We laugh, stretch, and adapt. There’s always a modification if you need it, so no worries if you’re new! By the end, you’ll feel free, relaxed & ready to enjoy a coffee with the ladies or wander on a woodland walk. If you need more movement & smiles (and maybe the odd goat) in your life, then this is it! Come join the fun next week. I promise, you’ll feel right at home. 💛 The booking link is in my bio! Ps. Just to be clear: The goat arrow🐐 ⬇️⬇️ is pointing at Goats.... Not Tania and Dolly!! 🤣🤣

Curious about Wellbeing Wednesday? 🌿 I thought I'd give you a little tour... Swipe through to see where @theruralretreatwellness at Brook Farm camping is, the lovely @tribecafe.uk our beautiful Pilates space and what a typical Wednesday morning looks like. A group of lovely women gathering in nature to move their bodies, breathe deeply, strengthen, stretch, laugh, meditate and enjoy a little pocket of calm in the middle of busy lives. Some stay for coffee and a chat afterwards. Some head off for the woodland walk. Everyone leaves feeling a little lighter than when they arrived. And before you think, "I couldn't do Pilates" this is a mixed-ability class. There is always a place to start and always a way to adapt things to suit your body. The birds provide the soundtrack, the goats occasionally like to get involved, and last week there was even a newborn lamb 🐑💚 It might feel a little indulgent to take an hour for yourself in the middle of the week. But you don't have to earn moments like this. You deserve them simply because you exist. And the funny thing is, when we give ourselves these moments, we don't become less productive or more selfish. We become calmer, kinder, more patient, more energised versions of ourselves. Better humans. If that sounds like exactly what you need right now, I'd love you to join us. The booking link is in my bio 🌿💚

Whether you're completely new to Pilates or have been doing it for years, there is always a place to start and a way to make it work for your body. No pressure, no competition and no expectations. Just a midweek reset that might become your favourite hour of the week too 🌿 The booking link is in my bio 💚 Because you don't have to earn moments like this. You deserve them simply because you exist.

The biggest lie in fitness... "Just 4 more reps." 😂 In my defence, we'd already done an extra 4 on the other side, so if I hadn't balanced things up they'd all have been walking around in circles for the rest of the day. 🤷‍♀️ #trustissues One of the things I love most about my online classes is that we can work hard, get stronger, improve our fitness AND have a laugh while we're doing it. One of my main aims is to show you fitness doesn't have to be serious to be effective. 💪💕 This is Piloxing! fun, high-energy, that combines Pilates, boxing to leave you feeling strong, energised and like you've actually enjoyed exercising! We do Piloxing every Monday at 9.15am and Wednesday at 6.30pm. If you'd like to come and try a free class, pop a 🥊 in the comments and I'll send you the link. (Just don't believe me when I say "4 more"... 😏) #piloxing #midlifefitness

Just cause it's Friday, I have washed and blow dried my hair, I have clothes other than leggings on and I'm feeling high on choir! 😍😂 Feeling grateful 💕 Wellbeing Wednesday is now the jewel in my week. Have you joined us yet? It really is utterly magical 💫 (link is now in my bio) Vitality Rooms is becoming exactly what I always hoped it would be... a community where busy women can stop trying to figure it all out on their own and instead feel supported, stronger, healthier and part of something special. ❤️ And yesterday saw the return of Businesswomen Unltd Whitstable, albeit in a more funky form of four events a year (as opposed to monthly). I don't subscribe to living for the weekend. I need the whole week to work for me. I don't always get the balance right, but this week really hit the spot. Feeling tired (just because it was good, doesn't mean it was easy 😅) Feeling full (spiritually and still from the afternoon tea yesterday! 😋) And feeling very fortunate to spend my days surrounded by incredible women doing amazing things. Did you get the balance right this week? Let me know... Big Love xx

Today’s Wellbeing Wednesday has completely transformed my Wednesdays 💫 from a boring humpday into a real highlight that lifts the whole of my week. Today, we practiced Pilates as the goats grazed nearby, and we could hear the chickens, the sheep and there was even a lamb born this morning! It is a mixed ability mat Pilates class and I am able to modify movements so everyone could work to their own ability; like one attendee who is recovering from elbow surgery or another who has EDS (Being a nurse also helps me help you with this). Everyone left feeling stronger and lighter. Afterward, we connected over coffee, matcha and smoothies, or some joined the woodland walk.... And then had coffee! If you’d love to join us next Wednesday in this beautiful outdoor setting, send me a message to book. Life's to short to keep putting these moments off. Movement, breath, nature and connecting with others, are truly something special.

Fresh air, birdsong, movement, coffee and good company... that's how Wednesdays should feel 🌿 Each week, a group of lovely women gather at The Rural Retreat to move their bodies, breathe deeply, reconnect with nature and remember what it feels like to slow down for a minute. Some stay for coffee and chats afterwards, some head off for the woodland walk, and everyone leaves feeling a little lighter. Whether you're camping at Brook Farm and looking for a good stretch after a few nights under canvas, a local wanting to spend more time enjoying our beautiful countryside, or simply someone who knows Pilates would be great for them and is looking for the perfect excuse to give it a go outdoors, Wellbeing Wednesday is for you. This isn't just a Pilates class (starting to sound like an M&S advert! 🤪) It's a chance to reconnect with yourself, with nature and with other people. A little pocket of calm in the middle of busy lives. And I have to say, there is something incredibly special about hearing birdsong and the wind in the trees whilst moving and strengthening our bodies together. Every week I find myself having a little pinch-me moment and feeling overwhelmed with gratitude that I get to be part of it 💚 And then there are the goats... 😄 Their timing is impeccable and their antics add an element to the class that you simply couldn't plan for, even if you tried! 🌿 Mat Pilates 🌿 Guided meditation 🌿 Fresh air and countryside views 🌿 Coffee, connection and optional woodland walks We're also quietly working behind the scenes on something rather special... Think movement, relaxation, connection and time spent in The Rural Retreat wellbeing area with a sauna, hot tub and cold plunge. Watch this space 👀 If you'd love to join us this Wednesday, scan the QR code or message me for details. Because feeling good shouldn't be something we save for holidays and special occasions 💚

Episode 121 : Joy Is An Inside Job with Cat Googe The Joy Queen Where does joy actually come from? Not the holiday. Not the perfect body. Not finally getting your inbox to zero (although that might be nice! 16k and counting!🤦‍♀️). Not when the kids are older. Not “one day.” In this week’s episode of Far 2 Fabulous, we sat down with the wonderful @catgoogeofficial The Joy Queen, to talk about why joy is much more intentional than we’ve been led to believe. I bloody loved this conversation and it felt like a big joyous exhale. We talk about why so many women postpone joy, and what it means to live your “365” instead of waiting for weekends and holidays. We also dive into laughter yoga (which is far less cringe than you might think and not a downward dog in sight!), nervous system regulation, the science of laughter, and the importance of self-belief, identity and giving yourself permission to feel alive now. And somewhere in the middle of it all is a really important reminder: Joy isn’t something you earn once life is sorted. It’s something you notice, create and allow. This is what Pilates looks like in real life. Not matching beige sets. Not pretending your children, work stress and hormones don’t exist. Not “perfect wellness girl” Pilates. This is REAL Pilates for REAL women. I’m actually teaching you — watching your movement in real time on Zoom, correcting technique and offering modifications when your back, knees, wrists or energy need extra support. Every class is designed to help you feel stronger, calmer and more connected to your body, with a proper warm up, planned classes and meditation and nervous system support at the end because midlife women don’t just need another workout… we need regulation too. And for the first time ever, you could now do THREE mat Pilates sessions with me every single week: 🖥 Monday 6.30pm on Zoom 🖥 Tuesday 9.15am on Zoom 🌿 Wednesday 8.30am in person for Wellbeing Wednesday Joseph Pilates famously said: “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, and in 30 others will too.” Imagine how much quicker you’ll reach your fitness and wellbeing goals when movement becomes part of your WEEK instead of something you “keep meaning to start.” No gym intimidation, no guesswork and no doing it alone.  Just expert support, consistency, accountability and a community of women doing it together. DM me “PILATES” if you want to come and try a class 🤍

🎂 It's my birthday 🎂 Apparently I'm 47! I used all my fingers and toes to count from 1979! 🤣 I often joke that 20yr old me would be mortified by 47yr old me! I also used to dread getting another year older. I now know it is an absolute privilege and I intend to do it disgracefully! I'd love to go back to 20 something Catherine and give her a good dose of "47yr old give less shits" This is what I am embracing more of this rotation around the sun. Who's with me!? Xx

We did our very first Wellbeing Wednesday… and the votes are in 💖 “This is exactly what I’ve been looking for.” “Where has this been all my life?!” “Send me the booking link for next week — I’m IN!!” It was completely beautiful & I'm so full of gratitude 🌿 Because this wasn’t just another Pilates class. This was women choosing to stepping out of survival mode for one beautiful hour. Mat Pilates in a field. Fresh air and sunshine (thankfully 🙏) Birdsong. Meditation. Coffee. Laughter Connection. Woodland walks. And permission to simply press pause on the chaos of life for a minute. No pressure. No intimidating gym vibes or elitist Pilates BS No expectations. Just movement, calm and community in nature 💚 If your body and nervous system are crying out for a midweek reset too… 📩 Message me for next week’s booking link. Because you are worth more than just surviving the week 🌿

💖 We’re starting something special on Monday… and you’re already in the right place 💚 Julie Clark Nutrition and I are so excited to be bringing you our FREE “Do Nothing” Challenge — starting Monday 11th May in the Far 2 Fabulous Facebook group. And yes… we really do mean nothing. No phone. No distractions. No background noise. Just you. Now before you think “that sounds easy”… most people actually find this surprisingly difficult. Because we’re so used to being in constant doing mode. Scrolling. Thinking. Planning. Listening. Filling every quiet moment. This week is about changing that. Here’s how it will work: Each day, we’ll guide you through a short “Do Nothing” moment… 👉 Starting at just 1 minute 👉 Building up gently across the week 👉 With simple daily prompts and encouragement from us Why are we doing this? Because this is where real shifts happen. This isn’t just another Pilates class. Wednesday Wellbeing is being created because so many women are running on empty… rushing from one responsibility to the next without ever really stopping to breathe. This is about so much more than movement. It’s about strengthening your body, calming your nervous system, connecting with other lovely humans and carving out one small pocket of time in the week that is JUST for you💕 🌱 45 mins Mat Pilates 🧘‍♀️ 15 mins guided meditation ☕ Optional coffee & connection afterwards 🌳 Optional woodland walk at 10am All surrounded by nature, fresh air and a slower pace of life at The Rural Retreat, Brook Farm Camping. And because the response has been so incredibly positive, we’ve decided to make our very first session on Wednesday 13th May completely FREE as a thank you for all your enthusiasm and support 🌿 (Just this first launch session — not an ongoing free class 😊) 📍 The Rural Retreat - Brook Farm Camping ⏰ 8:30am – 9:30am If you’d like to come along, drop me a message and I’ll send you the details. What if the problem isn’t you… it’s the all-or-nothing approach you’ve been stuck in? Because this is what I see all the time… Women doing really well for a couple of weeks eating “perfectly” pushing hard with workouts trying to tick all the boxes …and then life happens Everything slips energy drops and it’s back to square one again So you tell yourself you need to be better more disciplined more motivated But midlife bodies don’t respond well to extremes. They respond to consistency. The women inside Vitality Rooms still want progress. They still challenge themselves. They still step outside their comfort zones. That hasn’t changed. What’s changed is how they do it. They show up consistently They train in a way that actually builds strength They support their energy instead of draining it They work with their body, not against it And that’s when things start to shift. More energy More strength More confidence Results that actually last We can love who and where we are right now and still embrace growth and progression Just in a way that feels sustainable empowering and actually quite enjoyable That’s what a wellbeing community looks like 💛 If you’re tired of starting over… this might be your turning point DM me “VITALITY” and I’ll show you how it works ✨

“I’m fine…” 😅 …but your body is running on emergency mode Episode 118: The Do Nothing Challenge That Might Save You You’re busy. You’re coping. You’re getting everything done. But underneath it all? 👉 your sleep’s off 👉 your patience is thinner 👉 your brain won’t switch off 👉 and “doing nothing” feels… impossible This week’s episode is your gentle wake up call 💛 Because stress doesn’t always feel like panic… sometimes it just feels like "normal life" whatever this is!! And then… we’re inviting you into something a bit different 👀 Our “Do Nothing” Challenge inside the *Far 2 Fabulous* Facebook group Starting at just 1 minute a day… building up to 15 minutes of actual stillness No scrolling. No fixing. No doing. I mean… this is one way to work on your balance 😅😬 In reality we don’t often have the threat of falling in a river to make us work on it. It quietly slips away over the years, without us really noticing… Until one day we feel a bit more frail. A bit less steady. A bit more vulnerable. However, let's be clear... Balance isn’t something you either *have* or *don’t have*. It’s something you build. Through strength. Through movement. Through showing up consistently. (It’s why we do so much Pilates and weights in Vitality Rooms 👀) And when you start to build it… everything changes. Don’t just take my word for it 📣 “Catherine also goes the extra mile by offering valuable nutritional advice that perfectly complements her Pilates training — helping me to feel more energised, improved balance and confidence in and out of class. I have lost 42 lbs in a year in a healthy way and feel so much better both physically and mentally. It was the best decision I could have made.” THIS 👆 Not just focused on weight loss. She's feeling energised, ⬆️balance and ⬆️confidence I really commend this fabulous lady for recognising how important balance is and thank you so much for this beautiful testimonial. So if you’re feeling a bit wobbly right now… physically or otherwise… You don’t need to figure it out alone. Do you need to build strength, confidence and real balance? Let's do it together 💖 DM me BALANCE and I'll send you the Vitality Rooms info page with no obligation xx

Episode 116: I’m Doing Everything Right… So Why Don’t I Look Like That? How do you feel about before and after photos? … the “8 week transformations" ...the overnight successes! Initially, you feel really inspire and then almost straight away you’re questioning yourself? Like… "why isn’t it working like that for me?" However, you’re not seeing the whole story. You’re not seeing the messy middle… the slow progress… the weeks where nothing much seems to change… or the reality of what it actually takes day to day. This episode is a bit of a reality check, in the nicest, most reassuring way 💛 🎧 Go and have a listen Then come and tell me… have you ever found yourself comparing and feeling like you’re falling short? https://www.catherinechapman.co.uk/far2fabulous/ Link in bio COME AND JOIN THE FAR 2 FABULOUS COMMUNITY HERE: https://www.facebook.com/groups/245830221821495

I received this message last week… 💛 “What I have gained goes far beyond the physical…” YES!! This is why I do what I do 😍🤩 She said to me the other day that so many women over 60 feel like they’re past it…like exercise just isn’t for them anymore. And that couldn’t be further from the truth. Because this isn’t about age or your relationship with gravity 😜 or your dress size. It’s about how you feel in your body. Confidence. Energy. Self-belief. AND a lot of bounce too 😉 Inside Vitality Rooms, your well~being membership, we’re here to show you what’s possible ✨️ With the right support, guidance and a room full of women who get it. So if a part of you is thinking… “Maybe it’s too late for me…” ITS NOT!! Come and find your bounce and rediscover your vitality 💛 I'd love to know if you have ever thought exercise just wasn't for you? Too old? Too unfit?? Let me know ⬇️⬇️ And DM me **VITALITY** to get started.

If you’re smashing your workouts already… scroll on 👋 However, if you... Know you should be doing weights… …but have no idea what to actually do Your workouts are the bare minimum… sporadic… something you squeeze in when you can And you don’t have the time (or headspace) to research what a midlife woman should be doing with exercise and nutrition… That’s my job. Inside Vitality Rooms — I take the guesswork away. You get the plan. The structure. And the support to actually progress. No fluff. No overwhelm. Just what works 💛 DM me VITALITY and I’ll show you how to get started.

You think you’ve made a “healthy” choice… …and then realise it’s full of hidden extras 😬 That was me with barista oat milk Trying to do the right thing (swapping from dairy and i really like oat milk) Only to realise most supermarket barista versions are: 👉 packed with added oils 👉 sneaky sugars 👉 ultra-processed just to stop it splitting in coffee (and let’s be honest… sometimes it STILL turns to brains in the coffee 🧠☕️😂) However, constantly removing things from your diet isn't the answer either. You just want a better versions of them👌 So I’ve made a simple swap: Powdered oat milk + glass bottle + scoop ✔️ Same price as my usual Aldi oat drink ✔️ Delivered to my door (because life is busy enough) ✔️ Way less packaging ✔️ Fewer unnecessary ingredients ✔️ And YES… no brain curdle in my coffee 🙌 PLUS oat milk itself can be a great option if: ✨ dairy doesn’t quite love you back ✨ you want something lighter ✨ you’re being mindful of saturated fats Approach wellbeing not with restriction or perfection Just with healthy upgrades If you fancy trying it, DM me “OAT” and I’ll send you a link with 15% off 🤍 And tell me… have you ever had “brain in your coffee”? Please say it’s not just me 😅👇 @overherd.uk

🎙Episode 113: Why Healthy People Still Feel Worn Out. Why are you always the one who gets ill… even though you’re “healthy”? 🤧 Eating well. Trying your best. Doing all the “right” things… And still you: 👉 catch everything 👉 take the longest to recover 👉 feel constantly run down Midlife bodies don’t play by the old rules anymore. This episode is your honest audit of what might *actually* be going on 👇 (No fluff. No overwhelm. Just real answers.) 🎧 Go listen 👀 Then head to the Far 2 Fabulous FB group and tell us… what hit home? 👂https://www.catherinechapman.co.uk/far2fabulous/ 🔗Link in bio COME AND JOIN THE FAR 2 FABULOUS COMMUNITY HERE: https://www.facebook.com/groups/245830221821495

Have I ruined my favourite salad…? 😅 So… It’s freezing. There’s basically a sleet storm outside 🌨️ And I’m stood here eating a salad like it’s July 🥶😂 All labels of wrong already! AND… I’m HUNGRY. You know that midlife hunger where: 👉 you’ve eaten… but you’re still not satisfied 👉 you’re trying to make, at least reasonable choices but if it stays still long enough is going in your mouth! So instead of reaching for something that would leave me feeling rubbish… I did this 👇 I added feta 😏 More protein More satisfaction Fuller for longer (you follow my thinking don't you!?) But… Have I completely ruined it?? 🤔 Sweet + salty works, right? Or have I crossed a line here…🙈 👉 What would YOU have added? 👉 Am I a genius… or should I have left it alone? 😅 Tell me below ⬇️⬇️⬇️

A special Episode (112) taking part in @podcasthon_en with Meningitis Now: From Desert to Doorstep: Why Meningitis Awareness Matters More Than Ever Two young people have lost their lives and more are seriously ill after a meningitis outbreak in Canterbury and suddenly, everything feels raw again. I’ve only just got back from a Sahara Desert charity trek with Meningitis Now, and I’m trying to hold two truths at once: the most life-affirming adventure of my year, and the hard reality that meningitis can still steal young lives fast. I take you with me from the Premier Inn in Gatwick to Marrakesh, over the Atlas Mountains, and out into the dunes with an unforgettable group made up of meningitis survivors, charity leaders, and families walking in memory of children and teens who should still be here. You’ll hear what trek life really looks like: constantly changing terrain, Moroccan tea at camp, sleeping under a sky packed with stars, toilet tent comedy, and the moments that stop you in your tracks, including a sunset tribute that had all of us holding our loved ones close. Alongside the story, I share the key meningitis awareness points I want every parent, student, and young adult to know. We talk about the dangerous vaccine assumption that catches so many people out, especially around meningitis B, why symptoms can look like a cold or hangover at first, and why you should go back and push for rechecks if something feels wrong. We also cover how meningitis spreads in close-contact settings like sharing vapes, drinks, kissing, and shouting in crowded clubs, plus where to get support and answers through Meningitis Now. This is such a sensitive subject, which I am never one to shy away from; however, I hope I have done our trek, personal stories and loved ones justice with this episode. I dedicate this episode to our beautiful Mia and our Meningitis Now family. To all those who have been affected by this disease, and especially the local young people and their families and friends who have lost their lives... or are living with the life-changing impact of this disease. My heart is with you all xx

Do you identify with bread addiction? 😅 Toast with butter. Something on toast. Toast with something else on it… I get it. I love bread too 💗 But after listening to Dr Rangan Chatterjee’s podcast with Dr David Unwin — a GP helping patients put type 2 diabetes into remission through diet, it really got me thinking… For some of us, bread isn’t just “food”. It’s habit. It’s comfort. It’s something we keep reaching for… even when it’s not actually serving us. And here’s the bit that’s especially relevant for us in midlife 👇 As we move through perimenopause, we naturally become more insulin resistant. Which means those quick, carb-heavy foods (like bread) can: 👉 spike energy… then crash it 👉 leave us feeling hungry again quickly 👉 drive more cravings So it’s not a lack of willpower… it’s physiology 💗 And I’m not here to take your bread away 😏 But I am here to help you feel: ✨ more energised ✨ more satisfied ✨ more in control of your choices So instead of cutting things out… I go away and figure out how to make them work for us. Which is exactly what I’ve been doing here 👇 This cottage cheese bread is my latest experiment… and honestly… it’s a good one 👀 Higher protein More filling Supports your energy …and still feels like bread 💗 Because this is what happens inside Vitality Rooms. I don’t just give you workouts. I spend a lot of time creating and adapting things — ✨ recipes ✨ movement ✨ mindset shifts …so it actually works for midlife women living real life And the best bit? 👉 You don’t have to figure it all out yourself The full recipe is waiting inside 😘

“Welcome to Hollywood… what’s your dream?” Let me ask you something… What is it that *you* actually want? Not what you’ve been told is important. Not what everyone else seems to be chasing. Not what you think you *should* want. But you. Because here’s the thing… **Is what you want actually yours?** Or is it something you’ve been taught to want? So many women I work with have never really asked themselves that question. They’ve just followed the script. Do this. Look like that. Try harder. Be better. Without ever stopping to ask: 👉 Do I even want this? And when you really pause… you realise you might not even know the answer. And that’s okay 💗 Because this is where everything changes. We’re at a stage in life where we get to start "throwing off the oestrogen cloak…" and putting on whatever the f¥£k we want 😏✨ Our rules. Our choices. Our version of what feels good. So I’ll ask you again… Have you ever asked yourself this? Do you even know? 💌 Let me know in the DMs either way… and if you’re feeling brave (and a little bit inspired) — answer in the comments below 💗

“It started raining…” 🌧️ …and apparently it lives here now 😅 10k yesterday 20k today. To Canterbury and back. Soaked through. Soggy socks. Slightly questioning our life choices 😂 At this rate I’ll be arriving in the Sahara with trench foot instead of sand between my toes 🐪 However... This isn’t just a walk 🧡 #TeamMeebs are taking on a 50km trek across the Sahara to raise money for Meningitis Now — a cause incredibly close to our hearts And when your “why” is strong enough… it keeps you moving even when it would be far easier to stay home in the warm and dry 🙈 And because apparently there’s no such thing as bad weather… just bad clothing 🤪 So we keep going 💪 One soggy step at a time With Luna leading the charge 🐶 obviously. Although I think she'll be glad when all this trek and marathon training is over! (Mark and Arnya are running the Brighton marathon in aid of Meningitis Now too!!) If you’d like to support us (or just cheer us on 😅) the link’s in my bio 🧡 We also have 2 more great raffles on their way so keep your eyes peeled!

🎧 Episode 107 Discipline, Desire & Receiving More: What It Really Takes to Change Your Life with Suzy Ashworth You don’t change your life by doing more. You change it by becoming more.🤯 This week on Far 2 Fabulous, we sat down with the incredible @suzy_ashworth and this conversation goes way beyond surface-level “wellbeing.” We talked about: 🔥 The discipline it actually takes to change your life 🔥 Why programmes like 75 Hard aren’t about fitness… they’re about identity 🔥 How preparing for plant medicine ceremonies requires a level of self-respect most people think they can't reach 🔥 And what happens when you stop negotiating with yourself Because real change isn’t comfortable. It’s structured. It’s intentional. It’s often inconvenient. But on the other side of that discipline… is a completely different version of you. Suzy shares how: ✨ Perimenopausal brain fog lifted when she changed how she fuelled and moved her body ✨ Strength training and daily movement became non-negotiable, not optional ✨ Clarity comes from consistency — not motivation And perhaps the most powerful shift of all: 👉 Learning to be deeply grateful for where you are… while still allowing yourself to want — and receive — more. Because that’s where so many women get stuck. We either think: “I should be grateful” OR “I want more” But you can hold both. And when you do… everything changes. If you’re ready to stop playing small, stop negotiating with yourself, and step into something bigger… This episode is for you. https://www.catherinechapman.co.uk/far2fabulous/ Link in bio COME AND JOIN THE FAR 2 FABULOUS COMMUNITY HERE: https://www.facebook.com/groups/245830221821495
