I am so happy to be part of Vitality Rooms Catherine's classes are effective and fun and my favourite part of VR is the live classes. For me, I need the accountability of being expected to turn up.
Catherine doesn't have to chase me up (though she has a couple of times) but just knowing that she is showing up and expecting me is enough to get me out of the office or my bed and into my gym kit.
I love the social aspect isn't lost either as we have a Facebook group where we share our goals plans and challenges. I really enjoy being part of it.

Catherine & her lovely face (& hair!!) have played a massive part in my own Lockdown Journey ... The online live classes are fantastic & I love being able to see everyone & share working out together every week. My favourite is Piloxing which I have been able to revisit during this time .. I have taken up Hiit Pilates, which is fab too having never done Pilates before it is amazing & I have seen the results of it in my reducing waistline & Butt!!
Catherine is always full of energy, praise, encouragement & positivity.
I even won the June Star Of the month .. now that was a surprise.. I was really touched & it made all the hard work & effort completely worth it ☺️
It goes without saying that the classes are absolute value for money you cannot beat it! Thank you Catherine .. keep doing what you are doing .. you have got it just right 😊😘

I have been doing Catherine’s Piloxing classes for almost 3 years now. When lockdown began and Catherine suggested Zoom classes I thought it would be difficult to make it happen around the family and the furniture! How wrong I was....I have LOVED working out at home and having the opportunity to do mat and hiit Pilates too. I plan my days around the classes and was disappointed to miss some when I went back to work!
The main reason I turn up day after day is of course Catherine!Her enthusiasm and energy cannot fail to motivate you.
Give it a try. You won’t regret it!

I have followed Catherine’s page for a while but only started to attend classes when one of her posts really resonated with me. I had no exercise regime pre-lockdown and no regime (of any sort!) in lockdown. I’d lost myself, my energy. My first class was piloxing and BANG I was hooked. I signed up for All Class June and managed to do about 10 classes that month. So far in July I’ve already done 12. I have dropped a whole dress size but, more importantly, I am having fun, finding time for myself, sleeping better and have lots more energy.

Zoom classes really work for me as they fit around my family life. I don’t have to go anywhere so I’ve got no excuse. It can feel like it’s just me and Catherine having a PT session. I’m not worried how much better everyone else is, as I can’t see them. So the focus is really on me doing my best.

What makes the classes great is Catherine’s encouragement and sense of fun. My days seem to go better when I start them with Catherine.

I have been doing online classes with Catherine for a month now. I have lost 7lbs and feel fitter and the time goes by quickly as she makes them fun! Would highly recommend.

I have been doing Catherine's HIIT Pilates sessions for the past few months. It's the only exercise I have found which has helped me lose more weight and maintain it. I have just started my second term of Pilates with Catherine. I have been a runner for the last few years but fractured my knee when I fell over (whilst out running) and have been unable to run for almost 6 months due to the nature of my injury. I hadnt been to Pilates before but I wanted to get back to exercising and therefore give myself a head start when I can finally run again. I absolutely love Catherine’s classes, she is very attentive to technique which is crucial to getting the full benefit from the exercise. The classes are fun and Catherine has a great way of taking the focus away from the actual exercise which helps us all to achieve more!! Going forward I have decided to carry on with the classes when I am able to run again and feel that this is my silver lining to what has been a tough few months not being able to do the thing I love. Where do I start! This is what I thought Catherine might think, nearly 6 months ago. I have a rather complex but not uncommon condition called Joint Hypermobility Syndrome which in brief, is a condition that affects the joints because they are too loose, causing injury and chronic pain.

I've always been a reasonably fit, active and competitive person. I was diagnosed a year ago after a few years of increasing health problems. Following professional help it was clear that I needed regular muscle building exercises and this is where Catherine came to the rescue. I was desperate for some help, knowing that I needed a Pilates teacher that had some understanding of JHS. When I first started I struggled with quite a few of the exercises but Catherine was always supportive and encouraging. She teaches others with joint hypermobility so has an understanding of the condition and is interesting in learning more. I love that she pushes me but always knows what I mustn't attempt!!!! ( because she knows that's what I do!!!)

I have been going to Catherine's Mat based Pilates class on a monday evening for 4 weeks now. I was very nervous about going as I haven't done an exercise class for many, many years. Catherine is a fantastic instructor & the group is lovely & friendly. I really enjoy going & can already feel the benefits.... the pain in my knee has already improved and just overall I feel much better in myself. Looking forward to next weeks class already.
