Whitstable based Pilates Instructors Catherine Chapman and Caroline Lyons, with a combined 40 years of Pilates teaching experience, have come together to create an energising 3 hour Pilates workshop on Saturday 14th March at the St Peter’s House Hall in Cromwell Road, Whitstable.

Who is Pilates for?

Pilates is for everyone regardless of age or ability. It is a great way to gently increase activity levels, especially if suffering from poor mobility, injuries or have aches and pains.

Pilates can be used to encourage someone at a very low level of fitness to exercise while providing a challenge to those that are already fit.

That is why they have created this workshop for all!

If you have been doing Pilates for years then this workshop will help you to brush up on your technique, enjoy a fabulous mat class and then try something different with a HIIT Pilates, a cardio workout based on the Pilates principles.

New to Pilates, no problem! This workshop will be great for you too, providing you with an understanding of the fundamentals of Pilates and then giving you the opportunity to enjoy 2 types of Pilates classes as well.

Pilates leaves you feeling energised not exhausted and each session is designed to eliminate weakness and to challenge the strengths within our bodies.

This will be a fabulous way to spend a Saturday afternoon, working on your body’s strength and flexibility, so book today!

What to Bring?

Please bring your mat.

There will be a short tea/coffee break during the workshop where refreshments will be available however please do bring plenty of water to ensure you stay hydrated.
